Alliant Stockroom
Alliant Stockroom is the key to integrating a textile rental company's front office with the stockroom. Unlike other systems, activity keyed in the office automatically generates all of the documents required to fill orders with no additional keystrokes - such as work orders, garment pick lists, emblem pick lists and man readable tapes. Billing for filled orders, such as replacements and size changes, is automated as orders are actually filled - no more having to guess when to invoice a customer for a new order!
Features & Benefits
Stockroom Integration
- Eliminate Double Work - Activity keyed in the office automatically generates all of the documents required to fill orders - work orders, garment pick lists, emblem pick lists and man readable tapes.
- Track Order Status - Ability to review orders by customer, reason, route, day, etc.
- Special Instructions - Have an order that requires special attention or needs to be rushed? Enter a message for stockroom personnel to see.
- Emblems - Store and track emblems and emblem placement required by customer.
- Billing - Activity in order department automatically integrates with the front office for accurate billing.
Garments
- Reconciliation - When a customer or an employee quits service, present them with a report that itemizes the garments that should be returned.
- Efficiently Handle Exception Garments - When a wearer quits or requires a size change, the system automatically notifies the operator so the garment can be pulled immediately, and returned to the stockroom for future use.
- Transactions - Automate the process of billing for mends and repairs. In addition, generate a replacement order and automatically bill for preparation fees, emblems and other ancillary charges as soon as the order is filled.
- Customer Service - Service personnel can access the system to tell customers how garments were turned in versus those that have not been laundered for a while. In addition, service personnel can mark specific garments for inspection. Subsequently, the operator will be notified and will receive instructions on what to do next.
Reporting
- Garments In Service - Provide a detailed listing of garments by customer, wearer or SKU. Information displayed includes the date the garment was issued, the last time the piece was seen, as well as the number of washes and mends.
- Garment Assignment - View stockroom activity by order type. For example, how many times did we do a size change because we measured the customer wrong (our fault) versus a typical size change? How much used stock am I utilizing?
- Unreturned Garments - Provides a list of garments that have not been seen in a given amount of time. Identify garments that need replacing for the customer.
- Use Plain Paper - All reports designed to print on 8 ½ X 11 plain, bond paper.
- Report Preview - All reports can be previewed on the screen.
