Alliant Systems - Company Updates

There are lots of new and exciting things happening at Alliant Systems. Our new CEO, Mayron Herrera, will provide an update on Alliant and discuss some of his plans for the future. We’ll provide an update on our past year as well as provide updates on some new initiatives we’re working on – internally and externally.

Networking Time

For many, this year’s event will be the first industry event they have been to in a while. We’re going to break into groups, meet new industry contacts and talk about challenges you and your company have had the past year and some of the solutions your company has implemented during that time that have been successful, as well as discuss some of those solutions that might not have been so successful. We’ll also discuss upcoming challenges and areas Alliant can help you right now.

Customer Panel

Alliant has a diverse and talented customer base and this session will highlight several operators and some of the unique ways they’re competing in the marketplace and using the Alliant software. We’ll get to hear from operators that focus on uniform rental, linen supply and healthcare.

Breakout Sessions

What's New

This session will review new features and enhancements added to the Alliant product suite over the past year. We will cover enhancements to the basic route accounting module, A/R, Alliant Online 2.0, work orders, stockroom, CRM and Alliant Mobile.

Global Payments

Global Payments is Alliant’s partner for fully integrated credit card and ACH-processing in Alliant Route Accounting. Mike Dorland from Global Payments will be on hand to provide an update on payment processing. Alliant personnel will join Mike and provide an update of new enhancements to the Alliant software related to integrated payments in the application as well as customer-driven payments in Alliant Online 2.0.

Account/Customer Entry

Every organization has experienced turnover in the past year and that means training new employees how to key new accounts and customers into the Alliant software. We’ll help you out by having an interactive training session setting up accounts and customers in the software together and help you simplify the task of keying in those new accounts and customers with some shortcuts and best practices

Ask Alliant

The Ask Alliant session is always a conference favorite! It will be conducted in a group setting and will begin by taking questions from the audience. If time allows, we can break into individual groups to cover topics that may be of interest to specific attendees.

Cyber Attacks on the Rise!

Synetek Solutions - Cyber threats are running rampant among small and medium-sized businesses and textile rental firms are just as vulnerable as any other company. Learn best practices you can implement to defend yourself and what to do if it happens to you. It's not a matter of if, but when. Nancy Henriquez of Synetek Solutions will lead this breakout session. Nancy has served as an outsourced IT department for small and medium sized businesses. She founded her first IT company at age 22 and today hosts her own podcast aimed at helping business owners talk about IT's daily and long-term impact on their companies.
